Niger Delta Innovate (NDI) is a registered nonprofit technology education organisation [RC/IT number] dedicated to delivering Digital Technology instruction, vocational skills training, and career pathways to the youth of the Niger Delta.
We work with secondary schools to embed the NERDC Digital Technology curriculum into classroom instruction from JSS1 to SS3. We train young people in robotics, coding, data science, GSM repair, and computer hardware.
We develop educators so they can teach technology with confidence. And we build the curriculum materials — textbooks, lesson guides, and frameworks — that Nigerian schools need but currently lack. NDI is not a pilot project. It is the infrastructure for a generation.

Getting started is simple. Here's exactly what happens from your first conversation to your first day of training.
We partner directly with secondary schools to embed Digital Technology instruction into the school timetable, aligned to the NERDC curriculum.
We develop and supply the textbooks, schemes of work, and lesson plans that teachers need — because good teaching requires good materials.
We train the teachers who deliver our programmes. A well-trained teacher multiplies impact across every class they teach.
Our Technovation programme takes students into robotics, coding, and AI/ML. Vocational programmes create earning pathways. Competitions put Niger Delta students on national stages.
We are not a visiting NGO. We build lasting relationships with schools and communities and return, term after term.

The Niger Delta is one of Nigeria's most resource-rich regions, yet its young people have historically had limited access to quality technology education. School infrastructure varies widely. Qualified Digital Technology teachers are scarce. And the gap between what students learn in the classroom and what the digital economy requires continues to widen.
